  • Waiting list form: name, email address, phone number and other details required in order to make an informed decision around notifications and early-access onboarding
  • When creating an account: name, email address, and uploaded resume(s)
  • Profile details: resume document, personal information, skills, work experience, education, and other data you choose to share

b) Information Collected Automatically

  • Log data such as IP address, browser type, and time of access
  • Usage data: pages visited, time spent on pages, clicks, etc.
  • Cookies & local storage to remember preferences and improve your experience
  • Analytics data collected via Google Analytics

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve our services
  • Personalise your experience and content
  • Analyse site usage and performance (via Google Analytics)
  • Communicate with you about updates, features, or support
  • Maintain the security and integrity of our platform
  • Train our AI model on anonymised information to improve matching algorithms and recommendations

3. Where Your Data is Stored

All personal data is securely stored in Google Firebase Firestore and Storage, hosted on Google Cloud. Cookies and local storage are used in your browser for session management and preferences. The database is hosted in eur3 (Belgium and Netherlands) while Cloud Storage buckets are stored in a regional bucket in us-west1.

  • Keep you logged in
  • Remember your preferences
  • Improve site performance
